The representatives of the all Armenian parliamentary forces, with the exception of the opposition, gave a positive estimate to the report of the PACE Group on monitoring of fulfillment of the commitments to the Council of Europe. As leaders of the parliamentary factions of Orinats Yerkir and Dashnaktsutyun parties, Republican Party of Armenia, as well as a representative of People's Deputy stated during a briefing today, the assessment of the PACE monitoring committee, which said that Armenia had fulfilled most of the obligations to the CE, is impartial. Yezhi Yaskernya's report records in part that Armenia met all the commitments of the PACE resolution: rights of full freedom of citizens' movement and organization and conduction of rallies and marches are secured in the republic. The report also notes that all the arrested representatives of the opposition have been released.
