  Edgar Ghazaryan to be appointed Vayots Dzor province governor June 21, 2012 - 21:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia’s Jermuk territorial organization, the dean of management department at Armenian State University of Economics Edgar Ghazaryan will be appointed as a governor of Vayots Dzor province. As parliamentary vice-speaker Eduard Sharmazanov told journalists, the decision was taken at June 21 sitting of RPA executive body. Mr Ghazaryan will replace Sergey Bagratyan on Vayots Dzor governor’s post.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
