If Democrat John Kerry wins US Presidential election this November, there is a possibility for the Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act to come into effect again, US State Department senior official, who wished to remain anonymous, told Zerkalo Baku newspaper. He noted that Washington is dissatisfied with official Baku latest actions in connection with the cancellation of Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO exercise. The US considers that by allowing canceling the exercise Baku demonstrated its loyalty to Russia, the State Department representative said, adding that Washington is not interested in political processes in Azerbaijan.
