MP says social development contributes to parliament growth

Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) member, head of National Assembly’s’ Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan said the social development contributes to parliament development.

As he told a press conference, current society is better aware of the existing problems and goals.

“This also refers to the parliament, which presently tackles more serious problems. This inspires hope in its efficiency,” he said, adding that the political mosaic represented in the newly-elected parliament will ensure high-level discussions.

“Besides, a group of skilled MPs, well-aware of the National Assembly’s peculiarities and development priories, will secure effective operation. I think, the new parliament will justify people’s expectations,” he said.
