Paper: Oskanian again refuses to testify over money laundering charges

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, former foreign minister, Prosperous Armenia party member Vartan Oskanian has for the second time refused to testify at National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia over the money laundering charges.

Last week, ex-minister filed a complaint to Prosecutor General of Armenia Aghvan Hovsepyan, demanding the decision regarding the criminal case be canceled. The State Revenue Committee has also launched probe into the activities of Civilitas Foundation, which, according to Oskanian, may help prove his innocence, the daily says.
