The Pan-Armenian Youth International Center foundation organizes an International Study Visit to Nagorno Karabakh "Youth Work in Conflict Areas: Human Rights, Democracy and Participation" on November 15-19. The aim of the project is to give an opportunity to international and foreign organizations to acquaint themselves with the situation in Nagorno Karabakh, to support the ceasing of international isolation of the young people living in Karabakh, to develop youth participation in politics, human rights protection and democratic mechanisms. The project will also support the development of mechanisms for intercultural dialogue and the peaceful co-existence of the youth, who had experienced escalated conflicts and hostilities. However, the reaction of various organizations in Azerbaijan was not constructive. Thus the Forum of non-governmental organizations of Azerbaijan has called international organizations to ignore the conference planned in Nagorno Karabakh.
