Armenia is not taking part in the sitting of TRASECA national secretaries, which is being held in Baku, as the participation of the Armenia's representatives was not properly arranged by the receiving party - the Azeri Foreign Ministry, head of the department for foreign affairs of the Armenian Ministry of Transport and Communications, TRASECA National Secretary Gagik Grigorian told Arminfo news agency. In his words, the invitation from the TRASECA secretariat was received in time, however the Azeri Foreign Ministry did not issue a corresponding invitation. In addition, the question connected with visas also remained unsettled.
