The delegation headed by co-chair of the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation, Russian Minister of Transport and Communications Igor Levitin is arriving in Armenia on October 12. As Armenian Defense Minister's press secretary, colonel Seyran Shahsuvarian reported, the Russian Minister is scheduled to hold meetings with Armenian President Robert Kocharian, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian, Secretary of the Security Council under the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian, Minister of Transport and Communications Andranik Manukian. A number of documents are also to be signed within the frames of the visit. Igor Levitin will as well take part in the First Armenian Economic Congress and lay a wreath to the monument to the victims of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey.
