Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov has called on the country NGOs to take part in the youth forum in Nagorno Karabakh. "I believe, if a forum is held there, why should not Azeri non-governmental organizations participate in it. Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan after all," - he told journalists today, Trend Azeri news agency reported. In the Minister's words, his statement should not be viewed as establishment of official relations with "Armenian aggressors."
