At a meeting with European Union Special Envoy to the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie Azeri President Ilham Aliyev noted that the present meeting with the EU delegation forms good conditions for discussing not only the Karabakh issue, but also other regional problems. As noted by the President's words, "in spite of the preservation of the cease-fire regime, peace is not established yet, and talks have not born fruits so far."
