The edited License N60, issued to Armentel Company for activities in the telecommunication field was approved at the special sitting of the Armenian government on November 3. According to the new license the company is deprived of the exclusive right for providing mobile satellite communication, special mobile radio communication and GSM. The document records a number of other changes, in part, the points referring to the IP-telephony, data transfer and fixed telephone communication.
