Yerevan hosts urban council’s youth commission 1st meetingAugust 11, 2012 - 19:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan’s signed a decree to set up urban council youth commission to provide professional counseling in urban development project discussions. The commission comprises representatives of Yerevan student councils, youth NGOs and religions organizations, Yerevan Municipality press service reported. Mayor Margaryan noted that the establishment of the commission envisages formation of new branches in universities and organizations to increase the number of the youth groups involved. He further voiced hope for each of the urban development council commissions to contribute to project implementation.
