Minister Nalbandian met with President of Philippines Benigno Aquino III, who voiced hope for the Armenian official’s visit to give new impetus to bilateral cooperation. Edward Nalbandian, in turn, conveyed Armenian leader’s greetings, noting contribution to Armenian-Philippine relations as his visit’s goal.
