"To tell the truth I do want to believe that the Azeris participating in the negotiations on the Karabakh conflict settlement are sincere", Secretary of the National Security Council under the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian stated in his online interview with Yerkir weekly. "But unfortunately Azerbaijan's numerous attempts to exert pressure upon the Armenian party with the help of mass media or other structures during the negotiations raise strong doubt.
