The manufacturer, now owned and operated by Google, unveiled the mid-range RAZR M for Verizon Wireless, IntoMobile reports. The next in the company’s line of RAZR phones, the new RAZR M includes the following specs: 4.3-inch qHD AMOLED display with Advanced Gorilla Glass 2 and “almost no borders”; 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor; NFC; 1GB RAM; 8GB of internal storage; 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video; 0.3-megapixel Front-facing camera for portraits and video chat; 4G LTE connectivity; Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The RAZR M will sit in the middle of Verizon’s offerings. It’s a step up from the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Stellar and a step down from the Samsung Galaxy S III. The device will launch on September 13. Like the RAZR HD before it, Motorola will be making a developer edition available in coming weeks that will allow developers to unlock the bootloaders and tinker with their devices, IntoMobile says.
