Armenia’s recognition of NKR will trigger process internationally – expert

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s recognition of Nagorno Karabakh will signal a start to international recognition of the Republic, deputy chair of Heritage party said.

According to Armen Martirosyan, without Armenia’s recognition, other countries will not acknowledge Artsakh independence.

The expert refuted the opinion that Armenia’s recognition of Artsakh could trigger a new war, noting that Baku wouldn’t need a reason to renew hostilities were it certain of its victory.

“Armenia must put trust in its own strength only,” the expert noted in conclusion.
