Since the start of the summer season, Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan train of South Caucasus Railway CJSC transported 49 864 passengers as of September 19, the figure growing by 25,3%.

Overall, from June 1-September 19, 50 109 tickets of the brand train "Armenia" were sold, with 24.3% growth recorded against last year's 40 310 tickets.

6 271 passengers were transported only from September 1-19 (53.4% increase reported as compared to the same period last year).
