Armenia’s Chamber Choir to perform with Dresden Philharmonic OrchestraSeptember 24, 2012 - 17:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - State Chamber Choir of Armenia will perform at Frauenkirche Monastery in Dresden, artistic director and chief conductor of the choir said. According to Robert Mlkeyan, the singers will perform songs by Komitas, Mansurian, Hayrapetyan and Schnittke. The choir is expected to perform works by Hayrapetyan and Schnittke with Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra. State Chamber Choir will further headline a concert in Yerevan, dedicated to the 50th birthday of composer David Haladjian. It performs on average 15-20 concerts in the Armenian capital annually.
