NSC administration posts 98,9% budget implementabilitySeptember 25, 2012 - 15:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 2011 Armenia’s state budget stipulated for only AMD 344 mln to be allocated to the administration of the National Security Council (NSC) which were spent on current expenses, NSC secretary said. As Artashes Avoyan noted at the September 25 parliamentary hearings on budget, the NSC administration program was implemented by 98,9%. The administration assumed no new budget-related responsibilities or liabilities, he added. ARFD member Artsvik Minasyan further called the attention of those present to AMD 44 mln foreign trips’ expenditures. As Avoyan explained, NSC coordinates the work of several interdepartmental committees, cooperating with NATO, EU and OSCE, which necessitates the foreign trips to participate in sittings, forums, sessions and seminars.
