  New Generation movement: persecution of Oskanian political order September 29, 2012 - 18:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - New Generation (Nor Seround) youth movement issued a statement on September 29, slamming the criminal case instigated against Civilitas Foundation founded by former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian. “Persecution of ex-minister Vartan Oskanian is noting but a political order, which reaffirms the unlawfulness in our country.
