SCR employees provided AMD 10 mln. financial assistance Aug-Sept 2012October 3, 2012 - 20:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Only in August-September 2012, social package of South Caucasus Railways (SCR) CJSC totaled about AMD 10 million. Meanwhile, the assistance was provided in different spheres, with SCR having provided AMD 4,550,000 to 28 employees on the occasion of birth of a child and AMD 1.210.000 on the therapy, the death of the employee or a family member. On occasion of an anniversary, wedding and the child’s entering school, 180 employees received AMD 4.200.000 totally. SCR intends to continue its socially-oriented policy stipulating social responsibility increase in the spheres of healthcare, improvement of living and working conditions as well as young people support. SCR CJSC is currently developing a modern comprehensive program of motivation, envisaging introduction of a more productive system of financial and material incentives, the company’s press service reported.
