  Armenian government rejects Karabakh recognition bill October 4, 2012 - 13:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The government of Armenia rejected the bill on recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic at the October 4 sitting. According to the Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan, “launching a debate over the draft law would be unreasonable at present.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
