Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov joined the parties later. At the meeting, the co-chairs stressed the necessity to ease tensions between the conflicting parties, briefing those present on their views for achieving progress in Karabakh conflict settlement. The Ministers, in turn, announced their readiness to continue joint work in reaching a peaceful solution.
