Business misappropriation standard practice in Armenia - paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, misappropriation of a business has become a standard practice in Armenia.

“To take a business away from its owner, a person is found to divulge data on the company’s business transactions, product prices and volumes. Then, a vendor is contacted by another company, who offers to buy bigger quantities of products at lower margin. According to our sources, the scenario works - this is how several businesses have been misappropriated in Armenia,” the paper said.
