According to Zhoghovurd daily, STAR supermarket network owner Gevorg Afandyan is selling the markets due to the debts.

Earlier the paper reported that some partner company representatives discussed the financial problems of STAR.

Asked as to the debts the company had, Arsen Manasyan, the company’s marketing and advertising department chief, denied the reports, dubbing them as mere rumors.
