Armenia’s 2013 budget envisages USD 450 mln military spending

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s 2013 state budget envisages military expenditures at AMD 182778 mln. (USD 451 mln), with USD105 mln growth to be recorded as compared with 2012.

As Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan noted, AMD 177845 mln (USD 439 mln) will be allocated exclusively for military expenses, with AMD 94,7 mln (USD 233 756 ) planned to be allotted for implementation of humanitarian demining programs and organization of expert services.

Armenian national budget revenues are planned to be set at USD 2,5 bln, with the expenditures to be set at USD 2,2 bln.
