Paper says Prosperous Armenia leader scolded party spokesmanNovember 3, 2012 - 12:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan has scolded the party’s spokesman for complaining about the MPs’ low monthly salary, Zhoghovurd daily reported. Tsarukyan particularly got angry at Tigran Urikhanyan’s attempts to clarify from National Assembly staff head as to how the parliament’s funds were spent, when the latter is managed by party leader’s relative, Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan. “I officially declare that I get paid by the state for my parliamentary activities. I didn’t complain of the salary, instead I demanded clarification as to the parliament spending,” Urikhanyan told the paper, when asked to comment on the reports.
