  ANC leader should be replaced if Ter-Petrossian fails to run for president – rep. November 6, 2012 - 17:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc leader Levon Ter-Petrossian has to announce his candidacy for president at the oncoming elections, an ANC member said. “Should Ter-Petrossian fail to run for president, a need to replace ANC leader might occur,” Sos Gimishyan told a news conference. “A leader must lead people to victory. As ANC leader, Levon Ter-Petrossian may support any presidential candidate; however, ANC must only nominate him as its candidate,” he said.
