In round 3, Sargissian tied a game vs. Aleksandr Shimanov; Ter-Sahakyan lost to Alexey Goganov. Nevertheless, Linex-Magic scored a 3,5:2,5 win over Reverté Albox to climb to the 3rd spot with 4 points. Sestao Naturgas is leading the Championship with 6 points.
