Disney’s “Oz the Great and Powerful” new poster released November 9, 2012 - 20:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A new poster for director Sam Raimi’s Oz the Great and Powerful has been released, Collider said. Disney released a new poster on Halloween featuring the film’s Wicked Witch, and this new ne-sheet highlights the numerous fantastical creatures that inhabit Raimi’s Oz. The pic is a prequel to the classic The Wizard of Oz, and centers on a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics (James Franco) who finds himself transported to Oz and drawn into a battle between the three witches Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz) and Glinda (Michelle Williams). The film also stars Zach Braff and Abigail Spencer. Oz the Great and Powerful opens on March 8th, 2013.
