Tarantino to stop making films after 10th movie?November 15, 2012 - 20:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Quentin Tarantino has hinted that he may stop making films within the next decade, Digital Spy said. The director, whose slavery drama Django Unchained is released in the US next month, told Playboy that he doesn't want to continue making films into his old age, and would ideally stop at ten. "I just don't want to be an old-man filmmaker," Tarantino said. "I want to stop at a certain point. Directors don't get better as they get older. "Usually the worst films in their filmography are those last four at the end. I am all about my filmography, and one bad film f**ks up three good ones. "But if I stop at ten, that would be okay as an artistic statement." Tarantino has directed eight feature films to date, not including his segment in 1995's Four Rooms. Django Unchained will be released on December 25 in the US and January 18 in the UK.
