Peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is a priority issue on Obama administration agenda, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs said.

As Eric Rubin stated at an Azerbaijan America Alliance event in Washington, the U.S. supports fair and lasting solution to a painful 20-year conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.

"The U.S. will take its best efforts to achieve positive results," Aze.az quoted Rubin as saying.
