Army staff management discussed at Armenian defense ministry

PanARMENIAN.Net - Members of the U.S.-UK joint expert group met today, Nov 30 with Armenia’s first deputy minister of defense David Tonoyan and deputy chief of RA army staff, major-general Levon Mnatsakanyan.

The experts briefed the officials on the course of the consultative visit, with the distribution of responsibilities among sergeants and officers, appointment and promotion of sergeant staffs discussed.

The parties further dwelt on the possible cooperation prospects in staff management between Armenian defense ministry and expert groups, press service of defense ministry reported.
