Paper: Tsarukyan’s visit to Brussels delays decision on presidency

PanARMENIAN.Net - Though Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan was expected to announce a decision on the upcoming presidential elections on Dec 1-5, he was earlier reported to start a 3-day working visit to Brussels Dec 4, according to Zhoghovurd daily.

Tsarukyan has given contradictory promises to current and former Armenian presidents Serzh Sargsyan, Robert Kocharian and Levon Ter-Petrossian, and still continues to play the same political tricks, the paper says.

Moreover, no important issue is expected on Brussels-hosted meetings, with Tsarukyan’s visit to Belgium aiming to delay announcement of the decision on presidency, the paper adds.
