The process of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the OSCE Minsk Group does not have any outcomes, stated head of Baku Institute of Peace and Democracy Arif Yunusov. In his words, it results in deepening the radical posture of the society. The authorities instead of resisting it, aggravate the militant sentiments in the society. «Azerbaijan is oversensitive toward the Karabakh problem, the radical posture is being deepened and negative attitude toward Armenians is being strengthened,» the expert noted.
