Instagram removes photo integration from TwitterDecember 6, 2012 - 20:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Instagram has removed Twitter photo integration from its service, Digital Spy reported. Users can still share Instagram images on the microblogging site, but they now appear too large for the space provided and are cropped as a result. "Users are experiencing issues with viewing Instagram photos on Twitter. This is due to Instagram disabling its Twitter cards integration, and as a result, photos are being displayed using a pre-cards experience," read a statement from Twitter. The move, which comes as competition between the two platforms heats up, forces users to visit the Instagram website to view images in their entirety. Twitter's relationship with Instagram has suffered since rival social network Facebook acquired the photo service earlier this year. Twitter is rumoured to be developing its own photo filters to rival Instagram's service. Top stories Yerevan will host the 2024 edition of the World Congress On Information Technology (WCIT).
