Armenian presidential election set for February 18, 2013

PanARMENIAN.Net - The presidential election in Armenia is set for February 18, 2013, chairman of the RA Central Election Committee (CEC) Tigran Mukuchyan said.

According to article 96.3 of the Electoral Code, the election day is declared a day off.

The election is held 50 days before the term of the current president’s office expires, while the CEC announces the date no later than 70 days before the election day.
