Hrant Melkumyan still leading London Chess Classic

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Hrant Melkumyan tied a game against Robin van Kampen in the 7th round of London Chess Classic FIDE Open.

Melkumyan scored 6 points to continue topping the standings. Engalnd’s Simon Williams came second, with Scotland’s Jonathan Rowson placed 3rd.

The tournament will run until December 8, with the winner to receive 2500 pounds.
