Ukrainian parliament reappoints Azarov as PM

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Ukrainian parliament on Thursday, December 13 confirmed the reappointment of prime minister Mykola Azarov after the surprise resignation earlier this month of the premier loyal to President Viktor Yanukovych, AFP reported.

A total of 252 deputies out of 450 in the single-chamber parliament supported Azarov's candidacy, including Yanukovych's ruling party, the Communists and several independents.
