Paper: Sargsyan, Putin to meet in Moscow

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will depart for Moscow today, Dec 18 to attend the meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Collective Security Council, Zhoghovurd daily reported.

President Sargsyan is expected to have a separate meeting with his Russian counterpart, during which he will be offered to sign a number of documents, including an agreement on Armenia’s joining the Customs Union.

“Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will also leave for the Russian capital, with the country’s accession to the Union in the focus of the discussion,” the paper says.
