President Sargsyan meets Western Armenian National Congress reps.December 26, 2012 - 20:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with vice presidents of Western Armenian National Congress international NGO Norat Ter-Grigoryants and Karen Mikayelyan. Stressing the importance of deepening the cooperation between different segments of Armenian people in implementation of global programs, the organization representatives briefed President Sargsyan on the projects protecting the rights and interest of Western Armenians, further generations of former citizens of Ottoman Empire. President Sargsyan stressed the need to reap lessons from history, whilst having a realistic and modern political picture of the goals of Armenian Genocide recognition campaign.
