KOREAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA PRESENTED COPIES OF CREDENTIALS TO ARMENIAN FM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today newly appointed Korean Ambassador to Armenia Mr. Kim Jae-Sup (residence in Moscow) presented copies of credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, reported the Press Service of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the course of the meeting Mr. Oskanian congratulated the diplomat on the appointment for the Office and wished good luck in that important mission. The interlocutors discussed prospects and opportunities of promotion of commercial and economic cooperation between the two countries, outlined those fields, where high cooperation indicators can be achieved by common efforts already today. Thereupon the importance of a legal framework, organization of regular consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, as well as stimulation of mutual contacts between private sectors was mentioned. The interlocutors exchanged views over a number of international issues, specifically the future UN reforms. Having thanked for the warm reception, Kim Jae-Sup appreciated the high level of the Armenian-Korean relations and noted the importance of establishment of wider cooperation of Armenia with Asia states.
