CEC to invite ICES to monitor Armenia’s presidential polls

PanARMENIAN.Net - Central Election Committee (CEC) of Armenia held a meeting on Dec 26 to approve the methodological guide for assessment of governors’ work during the conduction of elections.

CEC has resolved to send an invitation to International expert Center for Electoral Systems (ICES) with a request to monitor Armenia’s presidential elections scheduled for February 18.

Amendments are also planned to N 58 and N 6 decisions of CEC.
