ARFD to get carte blanche after presidential vote – paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, ARF Dashnaktsutyun supreme assembly hosted a meeting Wednesday, December 16.

“Those present insisted on nominating own presidential candidate. However, following Hrant Margaryan’s statement that joining the race only to lose will make no sense, with 4-5% of votes gained to serve no purpose, the party members gave in,” the daily said.

Margaryan’s position was supported by 48 ARFD members out of 80.

“After the elections, ARFD will get a carte blanche in many issues and official seats.
