Giving a preview to the film, a trailer has been shared by director Jo Kastner himself, AceShowbiz said. Staying true to the novels, it centers on the titular characters as they embark on thrilling adventures. Set in 1845, the drama film will see how Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn bond as they hold on to their hopes, find love and experience their dreams turn into nightmares in their journey. Joel Courtney and Jake T. Austin portray Sawyer and Finn respectively, with Noah Munck cast as Ben Rogers, and Katherine McNamara starring as Becky Tatcher. Kastner writes the script in addition to teaming up with Gabriel Georgiev to produce the drama film. This take on the classic tale hasn't got a U.S. release date.
