Samsung rolls out Galaxy S2 Plus smartphoneJanuary 10, 2013 - 20:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Samsung has announced the Galaxy S2 Plus smartphone, an incremental update to the previous-generation device, Digital Spy reported. The enhanced Galaxy S2 is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU and 1GB of RAM, and comes with the Android 4.1.2 operating system pre-installed. With a 4.3-inch WVGA (800 x 480) Super AMOLED Plus display on board, the handset features an 8-megapixel camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front-mounted snapper. Other features include 8GB of internal storage and microSD support for cards of up to 64GB in capacity. The original Samsung Galaxy S2 was released in May 2011 and was succeeded by the Galaxy S3 the following year. The much-rumoured Galaxy S4 is expected to launch later this year.
