Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Andranik Manukyan has addressed ArmenTel company leaders a letter demanding to explain the causes of cellular communication failure. The Minister called the situation «incomprehensible»: within past week ArmenTel subscribers were twice deprived of opportunity of sending and receiving calls. A. Manukyan remarked that since July 1 the network of VivaCell second operator of cellular communication works normally. The Minister said since July 1 VivaCell was reported to have sold 70 thousand cards, reported Mediamax.
