  Armenian President attends FIDE presidential council meeting January 19, 2013 - 18:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President, head of RA chess federation Serzh Sargsyan attended Tsaghkadzor –hosted FIDE presidential council meeting, with FIDE president Kirsan Ilyumzhinov present.
