  OSCE Yerevan Office condemns candidate Hayrikyan’s shooting February 1, 2013 - 20:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan, Ambassador Andrey Sorokin has condemned the assassination attempt on Armenian presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan. “I am shocked by the occurred. I condemn the violence recorded during a most crucial period for Armenia, ahead of presidential elections. I am confident that relevant measures will be taken to investigate the incident,” Ambassador Sorokin said, expressing hope that the move won’t hamper the electronic processes in Armenia. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
