R. KOCHARIAN: ARMENIA WILL ALWAYS BE RELIABLE SUPPORT TO KARABAKH

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian sent a congratulation message to the President of Nagorno Karabakh Arkady Ghukasian on the occasion of the 14-th anniversary of the declaration of the republic, RA President's press center reported. The message says in part, "The Republic of Armenia is a reliable support to Nagorno and will always be such." It also notes that Armenia will do everything possible to promote just and peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. "This holiday is first of all the merit of those who became heroes of the war imposed on us. Strengthening the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh we fulfill the sacred precept of those who gave their lives for the independence of Artsakh", the document runs.
